Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and qualified English Lecturer to deliver both GCSE and Level 1 English in a well-established London college. This is a short-term role suitable for a focused and flexible professional who can support learners across mixed levels on a part-time timetable.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive sessions in GCSE and Level 1 English
Support student progress with tailored teaching and effective feedback
Maintain accurate attendance and assessment records
Collaborate with curriculum teams to meet learner needs Person Specification

Recognised teaching qualification
Recent experience teaching GCSE and Level 1 English
Enhanced DBS registered on the update service
Strong classroom management and adaptable delivery approach
Ability to quickly build rapport with learners
