The Role – Behaviour Lead
Qualiteach are recruiting a Behaviour Lead for a PRU in Brent. You will be responsible for leading behaviour management across the school, supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and mentoring staff in effective behaviour strategies. The role includes working directly with pupils, managing incidents, developing behaviour plans and liaising with external agencies to ensure pupils receive the right support.
