Overview
TEACHER OF MATHEMATICS for our Continued Access to Education (CATE) Centre in Brentford TW8. Permanent contract. Salary MPR/UPR plus 1 SEN Point. Woodbridge Park is a multi-site Alternative Provision for children and young people with complex needs, providing a vital service to families and schools in Hounslow. We seek inspirational, patient, empathetic trailblazers who believe that every child matters and who will never give up on our pupils.
We are seeking to appoint a Mathematics Teacher to work with our friendly, close-knit team to support students with mental health and medical conditions within our CATE Department across Key Stages 3, 4 & 5. The post is 5 days per week, term time only, and 32.5 hours per week. We are unable to offer sponsorship at this stage.

Responsibilities- Provide high-quality Mathematics teaching across Key Stages 3, 4 & 5 to students with mental health and medical needs.
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve meaningful outcomes; support their achievement levels and self-esteem.
- Work within a supportive, positive environment with colleagues to meet diverse student needs.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the CATE Department and programme.
- Engage in safeguarding and promote the welfare of all children and young people.
- Experience or ability to work effectively with students who have mental health and medical needs.
- Resilient, dynamic, talented and inspirational with a patient and compassionate approach.
- Commitment to professional development and continuing learning; willingness to engage with the dedicated training programme and staff development offered.
- Ability to work across multiple sites within the LW system and adapt to changing needs.
- Varied professional experience across diverse sites; no two days are the same.
- Outstanding professional development with a dedicated training programme and planned investment in staff development.
- NEU Workload Charter Status recognition and six early finish days per school year to support staff wellbeing.
