Position: Support Children with SEND (Permanent, Contract, Temporary)
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Whether you're an experienced SEND Teacher, an experienced 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, a Teaching Assistant in Early Years, Primary, or Secondary, or someone with transferable skills eager to break into SEND - you could be exactly who we’re looking for.

I’ve worked with schools across London for more than a decade and I know what genuine support looks like. Now, I’m using that knowledge to do things differently.

We’re proud to be working in close partnership with schools across Tower Hamlets, Newham, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge and Havering, supporting a wide range of mild to complex SEN provisions.

We’re Currently Recruiting for 15 SEND Roles – Starting mid Feb and April

What We Offer:

Top Pay Rates - Because Your Work Matters

* TAs & LSAs: £100–£125 per day

* HLTAs: £135–£170 per day

* Teachers:
We’ll match or exceed your current scale + STN bonuses

Opportunities Across East London

* Settings in Tower hamlets, Newham, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge and Havering

* Roles available in Early Years, Primary, and Secondary SEN provisions

Full-Time, Long-Term Roles

* Starting 23rd February 2026

* With the potential for permanent placements for the right candidates

* I’ll be your point of contact from day one - guiding you through interviews, placements, and beyond

* Ongoing mentorship, not just admin

If you’ve worked in care, mental health, youth work, or behaviour support, we’ll help you build your confidence and skillset for a successful transition into SEND - with training, guidance, and the backing of experienced professionals.

* SEND Teachers (qualified or experienced unqualified)

* 1:1 Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, SEN Support Workers

* Individuals with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, Global Delay, PMLD, and related experience

* Passionate professionals with transferable skills and the heart to support children with additional needs
