The Role – SEN Teacher

Looking for an experienced SEN Teacher to support pupils aged 11–18 who portray challenging behaviour. In this role, you will design and deliver personalised lessons, adapting teaching methods and materials to suit individual needs and foster both academic progress and emotional development. You will work closely with small groups and on a 1:1 basis monitoring their progress. You will also collaborate with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure consistent support.

You must have a background in SEN education, strong behaviour management skills and a calm flexible approach to creating an inclusive and structured learning environment.
