The Role – Mentor

A specialist SEN/SEMH school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a dedicated Mentor to support pupils across KS3 and KS4. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, helping students manage behaviour, build confidence, and re-engage with learning. The role focuses on emotional regulation, motivation, and promoting positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom. Experience in mentoring, youth work, SEMH, or behaviour support is highly desirable.
