SANZA Teaching Agency are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, visionary and highly skilled SENDCo to join our client school community on a temp-to-perm basis, with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed SEND leader to join a vibrant and inclusive school, with the potential for a permanent appointment following a successful temporary period.

  • Identify and evaluate needs for pupils with potential SEND
  • Provide professional guidance and leadership in SEND, ensuring high-quality teaching, effective use of resources and improved outcomes for pupils with additional needs
  • Act as a trusted source of expertise, research and practical guidance for all staff

  • Build and maintain strong, transparent relationships with staff, external professionals and families, ensuring collaborative decision-making and that the child's voice is heard and represented in creative and meaningful ways
  • Lead on outstanding inclusive teaching and learning, promoting innovative approaches to assessment, planning and differentiation within fully inclusive classroom environments
What We Offer:

  • Immediate start with a clear route to permanency
