Overview
3x - 28 hours a week, 40 weeks a year (Term Time Only).
The role of Learning Coach is a rewarding one, as you will support and mentor learners with social, emotional, and mental health needs, a disability, learning difficulty or medical condition, and/or with ESOL, English and Maths support needs to enable them to successfully complete their qualifications, course and where appropriate, education, health and care plan (EHCP) outcomes.

- Use initiative, organise and prioritise tasks; communicate effectively at all levels.
- Maintain high quality written records of learner progress and set appropriate smart targets based on EHCP outcomes, agreed support plans and coursework.
- Work towards achieving a GCSE/Level 2 or equivalent in English and Mathematics (A*-C) if not already held.
- Experience is not essential.
- Good administration and computer skills to support record-keeping and progress tracking.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, organisation and prioritisation, and effective communication at all levels.
- Willingness to achieve GCSE/Level 2 or equivalent in English and Mathematics (A*-C) if not already held.
