Prospero Teaching is looking for a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join their team, full time, starting in January 2026.

Prospero Teaching is a popular mainstream Primary School located in Richmond, TW9. The school is supported by a senior leadership team and continually offers training for all staff. Depending on performance, the contract may be extended or offered as a permanent position.

  Minimum rate £90 per day

• Minimum 1 year Key Stage 1 or 2 experience in the UK
• Up‑to‑date safeguarding training (issued within the last year)

• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced child‑barred DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or willingness to apply for one
• Two professional child‑related references covering at least the last two years

• Accredited continued professional development courses including safeguarding and behaviour management
• In‑house training and development team
