We are a well‑resourced mainstream primary school located in the heart of Redbridge, London. We are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to join us in February 2026 on a full‑time, permanent basis to support children with additional needs and help make their school experience as positive as possible.

• Salary £26,000 – £34,000 (pro rata)

• Term time only Monday – Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Assist with planning of activities with the class teacher & SENCO
• Help with general class teaching assistant duties
• Be a positive role model and promote confidence and encouragement

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with SEN
• Experience supporting any of the following needs an advantage:
  
  • ADHD
  
  • Autism (ASD)
  
  • Asperger Syndrome
  
  • Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH)
  
  • Global Delay
  
  • Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
  
  • Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
  
  • Challenging Behaviour
