KS5 Science / Chemistry Teacher (Part-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Science Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will ideally specialise in Chemistry
, although teachers with expertise in other science disciplines are also encouraged to apply.

The role involves teaching KS5 students
, delivering either Applied Science or Chemistry
, depending on the individual’s subject strengths and experience. This is a part-time position working three days per week (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday).

The placement has the potential to be extended beyond the initial period
, subject to performance and school requirements.

• Plan and deliver high-quality KS5 Science lessons
• Teach Applied Science and/or Chemistry based on subject specialism
• Assess, monitor, and support student progress
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
• Work collaboratively with department staff

• Available to work Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Qualified Science Teacher (Chemistry preferred, other sciences welcomed)
• Experience teaching Key Stage 5
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
