We are looking for a dedicated Primary SEN Teacher to join a specialist primary school setting in Lambeth.
This is a full-time role within a supportive special school environment for children aged 2 to 11 with severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), and complex medical needs.
Responsibilities- Teaching pupils with a range of complex needs within a Primary SEN setting
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Supporting pupils with Autism, SLD, PMLD, and complex medical needs
- Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
- Working closely with support staff, therapists, and the wider school team
- Supporting pupils' academic progress, wellbeing, and personal development
The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), have experience working with children with special educational needs within a primary or specialist school setting, and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
