Position
Full time / Part Time / Temporary and short hours to suit school pick‑up.
Qualifications- Early Years Teacher (Degree and Foundation Degree)
- Nursery Educator Level 3, 4 or 5 or Degree in Early Childhood Education
Applicant will demonstrate expertise in creating, developing and implementing core lesson plans to meet the individual and specific emotional, educational, social and cognitive requirements of babies, toddlers and preschool.
To use lesson plans to motivate and stimulate children. Accurate record keeping of children’s development and monitoring of children’s progress as a group and one‑to‑one involvement in child‑centred activities.
To work in partnership with parents/carers. Deep insight into organising each day’s activities that provide children with a variety of experience, opportunities aimed at developing children’s curiosity, initiative and problem‑solving skills.
EYFS Framework, Safeguarding, Safer Recruitment and Health/Safety procedures essential. Food Hygiene, Paediatric and Resuscitation, childcare practices and understanding.
Experience2‑5 years post‑qualification experience (excluding training period).

DBS, References highly essential. Only serious applicant need apply. Work trial will be carried out to assess adult/child interaction, skills and knowledge base. Previous applicants need not apply.
Apprenticeship TrainingApprenticeship training available for all applicants (ages 16, 17, 18+ inclusive) seeking to obtain Levels 2/3 in Childcare and Education. Applicants on JSA will be favoured.
ConsiderationConsideration will be given to applicants living in the UK and seeking to join the Early Years workforce. You must have obtained your University postgraduate degree qualifications and be willing to convert to working as a Skilled Worker with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS). Childcare and Education L3 in‑house training is compulsory while in employment with us.
