Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? Do you have a genuine interest in hearing impairment, communication, and inclusive education? We're looking for enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants or Psychology Graduates ready to make a real difference in children's lives.

Our specialist SEN primary school is dedicated to pupils with hearing impairments and complex communication needs. We create a nurturing, language-rich environment that promotes confidence, independence, and lifelong learning. Our commitment to inclusive communication includes providing full British Sign Language (BSL) training up to Level 3 for all staff.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with pupils and teachers to:

• Support children with hearing impairments and/or communication challenges
• Assist in delivering personalised, communication-focused learning plans
• Use or learn British Sign Language (BSL) to support access to learning
• Foster emotional and social development through positive relationships

• Psychology graduates or individuals with experience/interest in SEN
• A strong desire to learn and grow professionally
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm
• A team player ready to embrace training and guidance

• BSL training to Level 3
