Position: HLTA Needed ASAP (Permanent)
Location: Greater London

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and welcoming school in Hayes.

The successful candidate will:

Hold previous experience working as a HLTA (essential)

Be confident supporting whole-class learning, small groups, and individual pupils

Be able to commute reliably to Hayes and arrive for an 8:00am start

Have strong communication and organisational skills

Be flexible, proactive, and committed to supporting pupil progress

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Support teaching and learning across the curriculum

Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff

Assist with classroom management and pupil engagement
