The role is open to experienced middle leader and high-quality Key Stage 2 teachers who are ready to step up into a Phase Leader role.

The successful and Key Stage 2 Phase Leader will have secure Upper Key Stage 2 Curriculum knowledge and be able to demonstrate class progress and experience of raising attainment in the area.
