We are working with a range of vibrant, inclusive primary schools across Wandsworth, Lambeth, Richmond-on-Thames, Kingston-on-Thames, Merton, and Sutton who are seeking enthusiastic and committed KS2 Teachers to join their teams. These opportunities are ideal for teachers passionate about teaching upper or lower Key Stage 2, with flexibility across year groups and working patterns.
The Role As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to pupils in Key Stage 2, supporting their academic progress, personal development, and preparation for the next stage of their education.
You will:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured KS2 lessons in line with the national curriculum
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND and higher attainers
Prepare pupils effectively for statutory assessments where appropriate
Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold school values
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant teaching experience within UK primary schools
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2
A strong understanding of the KS2 national curriculum
Passion for teaching and supporting children’s academic and personal development
