About the Role
We are looking for a committed and caring 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our Key Stage 2 team in Chiswick. You will be working directly with a child in Year 3, providing personalised support to help them access the curriculum, develop confidence, and achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 support to a child in Year 3, adapting learning tasks to their individual needs

Support the child with both academic progress and social/emotional development

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies and interventions

Encourage independence and resilience in learning

Build positive relationships with the child, their family, and external professionals where necessary

What We're Looking For

Experience working with children in Key Stage 2, ideally in a 1:1 or SEND support role

Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills

The ability to use initiative and follow learning plans

A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to supporting learning

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
