Qualiteach are seeking a calm, patient, and proactive Year 4 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with ADHD in a welcoming primary school in Lambeth. The role involves providing tailored 1:1 support throughout the school day, helping the pupil remain engaged, manage attention, and access learning in a structured and positive way. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategies, support emotional regulation, and encourage independence both in and out of the classroom.
