We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Learning Support Assistants and Teaching Assistants to provide exceptional support to our Further Education students. The role works closely alongside students to support their day-to-day learning, in class and out of class, helping to remove any barriers they may face accessing learning and participation.

The roles will report into the Education for Industry Group division, however, will either be based at the Fashion Retail Academy and London College of Beauty Therapy.

Qualifications: A good general level of education, including Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.

Experience: You will have experience of working or supporting young people either as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or young people with special educational needs in an education setting.

Expertise: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support the learning and development of students regardless of their starting points. Proficiency in IT facilities and packages and knowledge of safeguarding procedures in education is essential.

Passion: A genuine interest in promoting and supporting education for young people. Positive and proactive, you ll be a collaborative team player committed to high standards and fostering student success.

£25,889.33 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
