Wing is seeking elite talent to join M32 Labs (venture-backed global team with headquarters in Silicon Valley), a new venture dedicated to building agentic AI for SMBs globally. This opportunity delivers "Day 1" agility and zero bureaucracy of a new startup.

We are looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to work directly with the Founders to take a B2B AI startup from near 0 to 10M ARR
. This is not a "manager" role. This is a hands-on, high-velocity execution role. You will be the first marketer on the ground. You are the media buyer, the copywriter, the designer, and the strategist wrapped in one.

If you are a relentless executor who is tired of corporate red tape (or managing 10 clients at an agency) and want to build a revenue engine from scratch with a significant budget and total autonomy, this is your arena.

You won't just "manage" ads; you will execute high-velocity testing. You will launch, kill, and scale campaigns daily based on ROAS and CAC. You are willing to get your hands dirty in Figma and Canva as needed to make creatives when you feel its warranted.

You will build automated, high-intent outbound systems using modern tools (Clay, Instantly, Apollo). You will scrape lists, enrich data, and write personalized sequences that get demos booked via email + Linked In + other channels. You will work with third party vendors on cold email as well.

You don't wait 3 days for a designer to make a banner. You know how to use Canva/Figma yourself. You will spin up 10-20 ad creatives and landing page variants per week to find the winning hooks.

You will put together landing pages + copy, improve the sign-up flow, and the email nurture sequences to grease the wheels from "Click" to "Credit Card."

You don’t care about vanity metrics like impressions or brand lift. You care about Demos Booked, Qualified Pipeline, and Closed Revenue

Try unconventional marketing, set up an event, do something creative or silly that garners attention.

You have taken a product from negligible revenue to over $1M ARR before. You are comfortable with chaos and ambiguity.

You don't need a developer to fix a pixel or set up a Zapier workflow. You know your way around Framer/web builders, Stripe, Post Hog, and attribution tools.

You believe speed is the ultimate competitive advantage, and you're not afraid to do things yourself when they need to be done.

You understand the psychology of B2B sales. You can write a headline that stops the scroll and an email that gets a reply.

You report to the Founders. No middle management.

We have the budget to spend on what works. You won't be fighting for software licenses or ad spend. We have top tier engineers, web desginers, we have a content production engine you can leverage if you can work out the strategy.

You aren't optimizing 1% of a massive machine. You are building the machine. The revenue you drive directly impacts the company's valuation.

55k-110k GBP base salary + performance bonuses + equity for top candidates.
