- Job Title: Careers & Employability Adviser
- Location: 13 North Common Road, Ealing, London
- Team: Registry and Academic Services (RAS)
- Salary: £15,000 (pro-rata FTE £30,000)
- Contract type: Permanent
- Hours per week: 17.5 Hours
- Working pattern: One day in office (minimum) / hybrid working 3 to 4 days including occasional evening and weekend working as required.
About This Role
You’ll support our students to explore and pro-actively plan for careers in counselling, psychotherapy and related areas, by designing and delivering activities such as talks, workshops, small group sessions as well as provide one-to-one advice to support student employability. You’ll work with the programme teams to imbed employability skills and graduate attributes. We’re looking for someone who’ll take responsibility for developing our approach to employability, develop links with employers and provide support to students, and our team, in managing and delivering a credible employability service.
