A leading provider of education and skills training, with a broad range of full‑time education for 16‑18 young learners and part‑time courses for adult students, we proactively work with local partners while also being keen to play a key role in the wider London landscape.

We collaboratively deliver select courses beyond our main campus, widening access and providing flexibility to meet diverse needs.

It’s an extremely exciting time to join us, as we are part way through a £60million redevelopment of our main campus, with our initial building due to open at Easter 2026 and a whole new campus open the following summer August 2027. This will provide leading edge facilities and cement our position as a first‑choice destination, while offering a welcoming, supportive and inclusive environment for our students and staff.

We have built a strong platform to enhance our English provision, and this year we have introduced a range of new, ambitious strategies designed to deliver great outcomes. Our new Curriculum Manager will build on this momentum and drive our vision forward, ensuring student progress and meaningful value added, increasing high grades, and championing English across the college.

Our successful candidate will have substantial experience in leading post‑16 English provision, with a proven track record of improving learner outcomes and an absolute commitment to student success. An inspirational leader, you should have the ability to develop staff and forge teams with a shared vision, along with a collaborative approach to building strong links with colleagues cross‑college.
