Assistant Headteacher: Assistant Headteacher will work closely with the Co‑Headteachers to lead the secondary phase, drive consistently excellent teaching and learning, take responsibility for key whole‑school priorities and policies, lead and support staff through coaching, appraisal and professional development, promote outstanding behaviour, attendance and culture, use data intelligently to monitor pupil progress and close attainment gaps, and maintain a visible leadership presence, modelling high expectations at all times.
