Chemistry Lecturer

Position: Chemistry Lecturer (Contract)
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chemistry Lecturer to deliver A-Level and BTEC Chemistry on a short-term basis. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing learner progress, and supporting students to achieve positive outcomes s role is ideal for a passionate subject specialist who can quickly integrate into a college environment and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Person Profile:

A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
Recent and relevant experience teaching Chemistry at KS5, including A-Level and/or BTEC.
Strong subject knowledge with the ability to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons.

Experience of assessing, tracking, and supporting learner progress.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Commitment to Equality & Diversity and Safeguarding.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt quickly to a short-term role
