Head of External Communications

Location: Greater London

* 10+ years in corporate communications, public relations, or external communications roles within B2B technology, SaaS, or financial services
* Proven track record building and scaling global PR programs from the ground up
* Strong media relationships across UK, European, and global business and technology press
* Experience creating and managing video content programs or branded content platforms
* Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical products into compelling business stories
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing and advising senior executives
* Experience managing external agencies and vendor relationships with a focus on performance and accountability
* Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft narratives that resonate across audiences
* Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
* Experience in fintech, enterprise software, or treasury/financial management sectors
* Track record of launching innovative content programs (video, podcasts, digital platforms)
* Familiarity with analyst relations and participation in industry evaluations
* Understanding of content distribution strategies across earned, owned, and social channels
* Passion for storytelling and building brand reputation in competitive markets
