As a Lecturer in Computer Science (Associate), you’ll deliver high‑quality, industry‑aligned teaching across a range of computing modules. Teaching areas may include:

• Project Management
• Programming
• Dev Ops
• Software Development
• Data Science
• Cyber Security
• Artificial Intelligence

You’ll support student achievement, contribute to curriculum development, and collaborate with academic and professional colleagues. This role is ideal for academics and industry professionals seeking flexible engagement while making a meaningful impact on student success.

We’re seeking a dedicated and collaborative educator with:

• Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Doctorate – desirable
• Experience
• Teaching experience in Higher Education (Computing or aligned subjects)
• Familiarity with VLEs and digital learning tools
• Specialist Knowledge (one or more of the following):
• Cloud Computing
• Artificial Intelligence
• Cyber Security
• Networking
• Data Science
• Project Management
• Key Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within academic teams

• Flexible sessional contract with potential future opportunities
• Work within a collaborative and innovative academic environment

• Contribute to curriculum innovation and quality assurance
