Are you an inspiring percussion specialist with a passion for teaching? Surbiton High School is seeking a talented Peripatetic Music Teacher (Percussion) to join our vibrant and ambitious Music Department.

• Salary: £53.49 per hour (including holiday pay)
• Contract:
  
  Permanent (variable hours contract), Part-time (approx. 5 hours per week)
• Days:
  Tuesday or Friday

• Deliver high-quality individual percussion lessons to pupils at the Senior School and Boys’ Prep School.
• Plan engaging lessons that challenge and inspire students.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
• Contribute to the wider musical life of the school through ensembles, concerts, and events.

• A music degree or diploma with a specialism in percussion.
• Excellent performance and communication skills.
• Proven experience teaching percussion across primary and secondary settings.
• A warm, personable approach and the ability to inspire pupils of all ages.
