Qualiteach are currently recruiting for an SEN Support Assistant to work within a specialist SEN school in Hillingdon. As an SEN Support Assistant, you will be supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis across KS1-KS4. The students have a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and complex needs, therefore strong behaviour management skills are essential. This role requires a dedicated, patient and proactive individual who is confident supporting challenging behaviour and working closely with teachers and therapists to support student progress.

This SEN school is based in the London Borough of Hillingdon and caters for students aged 4-16 with a range of special educational needs. The school has excellent facilities, supportive leadership and a strong staff team. The school is easily accessible via public transport and also offers on-site parking.

• Support students on a 1:1 and small group basis across KS1-KS4.

• Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills to support progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support student progress.
