We are seeking inspiring Associate Lecturers to deliver cutting‑edge teaching at postgraduate Level 7, with opportunities to contribute at undergraduate level. You’ll teach across exciting subject areas including:

• Data Analytics
• Strategy
• Innovation & Change
• Financial Analytics
• Digital Analytics

This role offers the chance to teach on a growing London campus, combining academic excellence with real‑world relevance.

• Deliver engaging, high‑impact lectures and seminars
• Support and mentor students throughout their academic journey
• Apply innovative teaching methods and future‑focused curricula
• Contribute to research activity and continuous improvement in your specialism

• Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Doctorate (or close to completion) in a relevant subject
• Teaching experience in Higher Education (Level 7 preferred)
• Teaching qualification and/or HEA Fellowship – desirable
• Proven research output in your area of expertise
• Relevant professional membership – desirable

• Project planning and management
• Applied technologies such as MS Project, Power BI, and AI
• A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new technologies
