Are you ready to influence the future of Maths education at a leading further education college? We're working with a London-based FE College to recruit their next Curriculum Manager - Maths to help shape and develop high-quality GCSE and Functional Skills provision. This role offers the opportunity to step into curriculum leadership, drive learner success, and work collaboratively across the College to deliver excellent outcomes in an inclusive and supportive environment.

• Lead and coordinate the Maths curriculum to ensure high quality, consistency and strong learner outcomes
• Drive curriculum development through evidence-based approaches and continuous quality improvement
• Monitor learner performance, attendance and progress, using data to inform timely and effective interventions
• Work collaboratively with cross-college teams to enhance inclusion, progression and student experience
• Support departmental performance, compliance and quality assurance processes

• Proven experience delivering GCSE and/or Functional Skills Maths within a Further Education setting
• A passion for improving learner outcomes and supporting students to progress and succeed
• The ability to work collaboratively, supporting and motivating colleagues within a team environment
• Confidence using data, systems and evidence to support curriculum improvement
• A clear commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion
