This is an ideal opportunity for parents, freelancers, postgraduate students, or those transitioning into education who want to work 2:4 days a week (or on a flexible ad:hoc basis) without the commitment of a full:time teaching contract.

• Provide essential continuity when regular staff are away.
• Handle front-of-class management while the school provides lesson plans.
• Manage students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 (Ages 11:18), ensuring they stay engaged.
• Maintain the school's high expectations for conduct and focus, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
• Work with young people without the take-home workload of a traditional teacher (no planning or marking).
• Enjoy flexible scheduling so you can work days that suit you, whether fixed part:time or flexible on‑call.

• Confidence and Presence:
  Comfortable leading a group of teenagers and managing classroom dynamics.
