A forward-thinking secondary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking an experienced Pastoral Manager to lead and coordinate the welfare, behaviour, and personal development of its students. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real impact on students' wellbeing and engagement.

• Lead the pastoral team and provide support for students' social, emotional, and behavioural needs
• Monitor attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing, and implement interventions where needed
• Work closely with teachers, SENCo, parents, and external agencies
• Support vulnerable students, including those with SEND or SEMH needs
• Promote a positive school culture and improve student engagement
