About the role

The Data Manager will oversee and develop all data systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance. You will support senior leaders, teachers and support staff by providing high‑quality analysis, reporting and insight that drives improved outcomes. You will play a key role in maintaining robust assessment processes and ensuring data supports teaching, learning and strategic planning.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain all school data systems
  • Oversee statutory returns and compliance
  • Produce clear, accurate analysis to support decision‑making
  • Lead on reporting cycles and assessment processes
  • Ensure data security and effective workflows
  • Support staff in the use of data platforms
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Strong experience managing data in an education setting
  • Excellent knowledge of MIS platforms
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and support multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
  • Commitment to professional development and school values
