This is an excellent opportunity for a Maths specialist who is passionate about high-quality teaching, strong subject pedagogy and exceptional student outcomes, with teaching across KS3, KS4 and potentially KS5.

• Deliver high-quality Maths teaching across the curriculum
• Contribute to a knowledge-rich, well-sequenced Maths curriculum
• Use assessment and data effectively to drive progress and achievement
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing department
• Support students to develop confidence, resilience and aspiration in Maths

• Qualified Teacher (QTS) or ECT with strong subject knowledge
• Maths graduate or subject specialist (desirable)
• Proven or emerging track record of effective classroom practice
• Reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement
• Strong communicator with high expectations of behaviour and achievement
• Clear commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
