We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international education agency for a Physics / Engineering Academic Lead to join a high-performing academic team in London. This role is ideal for an Oxford or Cambridge graduate with a passion for teaching, academic leadership, and mentoring high-achieving students applying to Oxbridge, Ivy League, or other competitive universities.

What You'll Do

Deliver rigorous, student-centred teaching in Physics and/or Engineering
Provide expert guidance on university applications, admissions tests, and interviews
Mentor high-achieving students throughout their academic journey
Lead and support subject tutors, fostering excellence and collaboration
Contribute to curriculum development, enrichment programmes, and teaching resources
Engage with students, parents, and academic events, webinars, and outreach

What We're Looking For

Oxford or Cambridge graduate (essential)
Minimum 500 hours of teaching experience with high-achieving students
Proven track record supporting Oxbridge, Ivy League, or competitive applications
Excellent communication, organisation, and digital literacy
Willingness to teach evenings and weekends
Passion for academic leadership, student development, and educational excellence
