  • Creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes language development, social skills, and independence.
  • Assisting with daily routines, including snack times, toileting, outdoor play, and group time.
  • Contributing to planning, observations, and learning journals under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment in line with safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
  • Building respectful relationships with both children and parents, supporting a home‑from‑home experience.
Training and Development
  • A fully funded Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
  • A blended learning programme with on‑the‑job training, online coursework, and dedicated tutor support.
  • Functional Skills in Maths and English if not already achieved at Level 2.
  • Regular reviews and mentoring to track your progress and support your growth.
Who Should Apply?

  • Enjoys working with young children in a creative and nurturing environment.
  • Brings enthusiasm, patience, and a willingness to learn.
  • Is a strong team player and communicator.
