As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pupils to provide tailored support, encourage positive engagement, and foster a nurturing learning environment. Your role will involve assisting students with their activities, promoting social and emotional development, and helping to create an inclusive classroom setting.

• Support individual and group pupil learning activities
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
• Help implement tailored learning plans
• Provide emotional and social support to students
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to meet students' needs
• Encourage independence and confidence in learners

• Previous experience working with children, particularly with special educational needs (SEN) is desirable
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable and enthusiastic
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
