We are delighted to be recruiting for a Year 3 Teacher to join a thriving three‑form entry primary school in Southall. With an Outstanding Ofsted rating, this school is recognised for its high standards, inclusive ethos, and commitment to pupil progress. Serving over 400 children from a diverse community, the school offers a welcoming environment where staff are supported by a strong and approachable senior leadership team.
The Role- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge Year 3 pupils.
- Maintain a calm, structured classroom environment where children feel safe, settled, and ready to learn.
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs.
- Work closely with colleagues across the year group to share ideas and resources.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold safeguarding responsibilities.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil progress.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- UK teaching experience in primary education.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to keep lessons calm, focused, and inclusive.
