Long Term Futures is seeking a confident, reliable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with strong behaviour management skills to join a primary school in Willesden. You will deliver planned lessons and provide high-quality classroom coverage across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ensuring pupils remain engaged and learning continues smoothly.

• Lead whole-class teaching where required and provide classroom coverage across KS1 and KS2.
• Support as a Teaching Assistant when needed, working with groups or individual pupils.
• Help with interventions and assist class teachers to maintain a positive, structured learning environment.
• Manage behaviour proactively with a firm but fair approach.

• HLTA status or substantial classroom cover experience.
• Strong behaviour management is essential.
• Applications from candidates with backgrounds in psychology, speech and language, youth work, mental health, or other related SEN-focused fields are encouraged.
