• Leading and coordinating the KS4 curriculum, raising achievement
• Strategising interventions, enrichment, and attainment for KS4 cohorts
• Mentoring subject leads and tutors across Year 10 and Year 11
• Analysing, reporting, and actioning student data to ensure targeted excellence
• Partnering with parents, governors, and external agencies for holistic support
• Cultivating a culture of high expectations and academic ambition

• UK-trained educator with robust classroom and leadership credentials
• Holder of QTS and Good or Outstanding graded references
• Strategic, solutions-driven, and uncompromising on standards
• Experience in curriculum development and impactful teaching
• Clear passion for coaching, mentoring, and team development
• Either strong ECT with exceptional potential or proven middle leader
