Term-time, full-time (Mon-Fri | 8:15 - 16:00)

Salary: £95 - £120 per day | Start: ASAP

Join East London primary and specialist schools committed to inclusive education. As a Graduate Learning support Assistant , you'll work with pupils who have ASD, speech & language difficulties, learning delays or SEMH needs, supporting academic and social development across the curriculum.

• Support class teachers with differentiated lessons in literacy, numeracy and play-based learning.
• Deliver focused interventions (phonics, number work, social-skills groups).
• Implement SEN strategies such as task analysis and visual prompts.
• Encourage positive relationships and emotional wellbeing.
• Record daily progress and communicate with the wider SEN team.
