We are recruiting an experienced Deputy Manager to join a warm and welcoming early years setting in the Sipson area. This role is ideal for a confident leader who enjoys supporting both staff and children within a nurturing, family-focused environment.

Salary: £32,000–£33,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Hours / shifts: 7:30am–4:30pm or 9:00am–6:00pm, alternating with the Manager

The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the nursery, lead practice across rooms, mentor staff, and ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance. You will work closely with the Manager and step into leadership responsibilities when required.
