Salary: NJC 18 - 21 £ 35,520 - £37,134 (actual), where appropriate £30,416 - £31,799 (pro rata salary) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

You're someone who'll be able to:

• Improve student attendance: Ensuring our school meets statutory obligations and targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service: Building solid relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Drive school improvement: Contributing to the overall success of our academy.

You're someone who has:

• Strong organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication skills: Clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Customer service focus: A commitment to providing exceptional support.
• Technical proficiency: Good IT skills and the ability to use various software applications.
