Milk Education is supporting a mainstream 1-form entry primary school in NW10, Brent in appointing an experienced and committed Classroom Support Assistant. The role is primarily based in Year 6, with a strong focus on supporting pupils with EHCPs, including 1:1 support where required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils with EHCPs

* Support pupils’ academic progress, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning

* Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support staff

* Implement and adapt support strategies to meet individual pupil needs

* Demonstrate flexibility to provide support across all key stages (EYFS–KS2) when required

The Successful Candidate Will:

* Have proven experience supporting pupils with EHCPs and SEN needs

* Be confident delivering 1:1 classroom support

* Have experience working within a UK primary school setting

* Be adaptable, patient, and professional in approach

* Communicate effectively with staff and pupils
