Known for its outstanding reputation and high volume of referrals, this is a fantastic setting for an ambitious and passionate educator.

The school has a warm, family-like atmosphere where staff work collaboratively and support one another. Weekly training sessions are offered to all staff - including agency teachers - to ensure continuous professional development and a shared culture of learning.

Why This Role Is Special
  • Be part of a friendly, close-knit team that values creativity, care, and flexibility.
  • Benefit from weekly professional development sessions.
  • Teach in a setting that supports pupils with a range of needs, including MLD, PMLD, ADHD, trauma, and global developmental delay.
About the School
  • Primarily serves pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).
  • Consists of 8-9 small classes of approximately 6 pupils each - some non-verbal or with complex needs.
  • Offers a nurturing, holistic approach to learning, focusing on each child's individual development and progress.
We Welcome Applications From
  • Qualified Teachers with QTS who have experience in SEN environments.
  • Teachers passionate about supporting pupils with diverse and complex needs.
  • Individuals who thrive in a collaborative, family-oriented school culture.
Your Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Foster a safe, structured, and inspiring classroom environment.
  • Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to promote holistic development.
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and meaningful progress for every pupil.
Requirements

  • Two employment references covering the past 24 months.
What We Offer
  • A dedicated consultant to support you throughout your placement.
  • Continuous training and professional development opportunities.
  • A generous Refer-a-Friend scheme.
