• Differentiate teaching to support the diverse learning needs of all pupils, ensuring that each child makes excellent progress.
• Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes early learning and development.
• Use effective assessment methods to monitor pupil progress and inform future teaching.
• Collaborate with colleagues and the leadership team to deliver high‑quality learning experiences.
• Communicate positively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress, wellbeing, and spiritual development.
• Participate actively in the wider life of the school, including assemblies, liturgical celebrations, and community events.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally in Year 1.
• Strong understanding of early years and Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Passionate about creating engaging, child‑centred learning experiences.
• A team player with a reflective and collaborative approach to teaching.
