- UK QTS in Science (or in the process of gaining QTS)
- Strong academic background – relevant Science degree, solid A Levels and GCSEs
- Previous teaching experience with evidence of strong pupil progress in Science
- Good or Outstanding lesson observation/placement reports
- Confident teaching across KS3 – KS4 (KS5 experience beneficial but not essential)
- Reflective, motivated Teacher who is receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
