Responsibilities
  • Work with Targeted Pupils - Support students with behavioural needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Structured Support - Work within a strong, experienced inclusion and pastoral team
  • Build trusting relationships with students who need consistency and understanding
  • Support pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) needs
  • Learn from SENCOs, pastoral leads, and behaviour specialists

What we re looking for
  • Has experience working with children or young people displaying challenging behaviour
  • Comes from a background in education, youth work, psychology, or social care
  • Is resilient, calm under pressure, and able to manage behaviour confidently
  • Can build trusting relationships with students who need consistency and understanding
  • Is willing to support pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) needs
  • Is proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Is available for an immediate start or September 2025
