School Receptionist

Overview

Classroom Teachers Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable School Receptionist to join a primary school in Lambeth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in school administration who enjoys working in a dynamic and friendly environment.

Monday to Friday, 8:00am–1:00pm (30-minute break included)

£14-£15 per hour depending on experience

• Managing the school's front desk and being the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and pupils
• Answering telephone and email enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Carrying out general administrative tasks
• Maintaining and updating pupil records using SIMS or Arbor systems
• Supporting staff and leadership with day-to-day operational tasks

• Previous administration experience in a school or educational setting
• Working knowledge of SIMS, Arbor, or other school database systems
• A friendly and professional manner with excellent communication skills

• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, mornings

This is a temporary role, ideal for someone looking to work part-time during school hours.
